ENOTHE Annual Meetings audience is composed of occupational therapy educators, researchers, students, clinicians and other occupational therapy interested persons.
Abstract submission is done through an online platform, called ExOrdo. The information submitted, on this submission platform, will be the primordial reference for the annual meeting content related documents and communication. It is the author’s responsibility to submit correct information.
All submissions must be related to the theme and topics of the conference, with a clear focus on education in Occupational Therapy (OT) and Occupational Science (OS). You will be asked to choose one topic to submit under.
ENOTHE Annual meetings have a Book of Abstracts with ISBN.
All presentations, regardless of the format, should be done in the ENOTHE official language – English. The presentation formats available are:
Oral presentation: 15 minutes including both the presentation and a short Q&A session. Supported by a maximum of 8 slides covering introduction, methodology, results, and conclusion.
Workshop: 90-minute hands-on session on a specific topic.
Meet-up/Symposium: 90-minute session focused on sharing experiences, knowledge, and best practices related to occupational therapy education while encouraging discussion with participants.

– symposium: features at least three speakers from different institutions, providing structured insights on a specific topic and fostering discussion.
Poster: Presentation of findings or lessons with clear visuals (ISO A0, vertical orientation) readable from 1.5m distance. Include introduction, methodology, results, and discussion points.
Poster with pitch: 5-minute oral presentation accompanied by a digital poster to engage the audience.

Reviewer applications: 1 January 2026 until 16 of March 2026
Abstract review is done through ExOrdo platform; number of abstracts per reviewer vary, but we look forward to don’t have more than 15 abstracts assigned to each reviewer; this is a double-blind review; nepotism is prevented; and reviewers cannot decline assigned reviews.
Reviewer applications are open to Occupational Therapy Educators, Researchers, Practitioners and PhD students, either members or non-members of ENOTHE.

Annual Meeting registration Fees for all delegates (students, educators, fieldwork educators, researchers, PhD students, retired and practitioners, ) include:
- 3-day annual meeting event (22-24 October 2026) with access to all presentation formats, Keynote presentations and HvB Lecture
- lunches and coffee breaks
- social events: welcome reception and social dinner
The fees are subdivided based on the World Bank Economic Status of the country

Note: registration form is open until 11:30pm CET of the last day of each period.
Terms and Conditions of Registration:
- If you register for the Annual Meeting you agree to have your photo/video taken by conference organisers for publicity material.
- You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your registration until May 31st.
- You are eligible for a 50% refund if you cancel your registration between June 1st and July 31st.
- You are not eligible for a refund if you cancel your registration from August 1st onwards.
Student Scholarship for Participation in the ENOTHE Annual Meeting 2026
Eligibility Criteria
Students must meet the following basic requirements:
- Be currently enrolled as a full-time or part-time BSc or MSc student at an institution that is a current ENOTHE ordinary member;
- Be a presenter of an accepted abstract for an oral presentation, poster, poster with a pitch, workshop or meet-up/symposium, and;
- Has not received a similar scholarship for participation in the ENOTHE AM.
Preference may be given to students who:
- Come from underrepresented backgrounds with fewer funding opportunities.
- Come from underrepresented countries.
Application Requirements
Applicants must submit:
- A completed scholarship application form.
- A personal statement (max. 500 words) explaining the purpose of attendance, expected benefits, and relevance to their academic goals.
- A letter of support from the ENOTHE representative or a faculty member.
- A budget breakdown, including travel and accommodation.
Post-Conference Requirements
Scholarship recipients must:
- Submit a brief report (max. 500 words) summarizing key learnings and experiences.
- Present at an internal seminar or write a blog post/article about their experience.
Selection Process
Applications will be blind-reviewed by the ENOTHE board
Decisions will be communicated by May 15th 2026
Scholarship Amount
The maximum reimbursable amount* is as follows:
Early bird registration: Waived upon registration.
Travel: 200 EUR (including cancellation insurance).
Accommodation: 200 EUR to be paid on-site, with cancellation possible one day before day of arrival.
These amounts are non-transferable between expense categories.
* These amounts are only valid for the AM 2026.
Travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of receipts.

Your IDBadge will be your ticket to this Annual Meeting.
- any specific diet/allergy, a sticker will be placed on your IDBadge accordingly;
- that you will be attending the Social Dinner, another sticker will be placed on your IDBAdge.
- that you will be attending the Welcome Reception, another sticker will be placed on your IDBAdge.
These stickers are mandatory to benefit/access the mentioned.
The Annual Meeting has the following social events: Welcome Reception and Social Dinner.
The location of the events is the same as of the annual meeting: Centre de Congrés Pierre Baudis.
All these events are included in your registration fee, nonetheless you should indicate your attendance at the registration form.
Marketplaces are designated sessions within the framework of the ENOTHE Annual Meeting aimed at promoting collaboration within and between occupational therapy education, research and organisations.
Sessions will be timed to coincide with breaks in the programme so that Annual Meeting participants can visit and engage on a drop-in basis.
