Consent for Publication of ENOTHE Member Directory Information

Purpose of Collecting the Data

Your name and email are collected for the purpose of creating and maintaining the ENOTHE Members Directory. The directory enables professional communication, collaboration, and networking exclusively among ENOTHE members and is only accessible through ENOTHE members’ area webpage.

ENOTHE Office is responsible for ensuring the protection and lawful processing of your personal data. For any data protection enquiries, contact: info@enothe.eu. ENOTHE implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse.

Data Retention Period 

This data will be stored for the duration of your ENOTHE membership and removed within 6 months after membership ends unless renewed.

Right to Withdraw Consent 

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting ENOTHE at info@enothe.eu or the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS). Withdrawal will not affect data processed prior to withdrawal.
