The maximum reimbursable amount* is as follows: • Early bird registration fee: waived upon registration. • Travel: 200 EUR (including cancellation insurance). • Accommodation: 200 EUR to be paid on-site, with cancellation possible one day before day of arrival. These amounts are non-transferable between expense categories. * These amounts are only valid for 2026. Travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of receipts.
